Ryan is a professional Public Address Announcer, and Voiceover Artist in the Vancouver, BC area. Ryan's journey began in 2015 with the New Westminster Hyacks as their backup PA Announcer which inspired him to explore the world of PA Announcing on a professional level. In 2019, he became a regular PA Announcer for the first time with the Greater Vancouver Canadians in the BCEHL. Today, his experience includes the Coquitlam Express, Delta Ice Hawks, SFU Hockey and the Abbotsford Canucks. 

Ryan was inspired by the late John Ashbridge, who was the PA Announcer for the Vancouver Canucks from 1987-2017. When Ryan heard John's voice, it provided an outlook for the future where he could explore his own PA Announcer skills. Ryan works closely with his mentor Al Murdoch (Voiceover Actor and PA Announcer for the Vancouver Canucks), who has provided guidance, and has been a constant advocate always routing for his success.

Ryan specializes in live announcing, and voiceover acting. 

For PA Announcing, Ryan brings a combination of technical skills, and can work well with professional grade equipment to ensure high quality results. He specializes in sporting events in arenas and stadiums, as well as community events, and special projects.

For voiceover, Ryan records from his home studio with a Shure SM7B microphone, Logic Pro software, soundproofing, and great energy.  He offers remote voiceover services, as well as studio recorded voiceover content. Ryan has recorded narration and commercial voiceover demos that highlight his steady, controlled, and engaging sound.
